Quality Indicators Control System

General description of the nature of the system :

This system aims to provide high control over an important element of property and assets owned by major sectors of government establishments and large and medium companies in their various activities. For negligence in following up and implementing the necessary periodic maintenance, as well as the availability of monitoring and identification of the work sites of these mechanisms, sorting the stopped mechanisms from the occupied ones, and documenting the movements of the mechanisms, equipment and vehicles between the work sites, branches, offices and projects for all the facilities targeted in the services of this system.

Classification of establishments benefiting from the services of the system:

    1. Government establishments in all its sectors, bodies and departments, especially those that own large numbers of vehicles, machinery and equipment, including but not limited to the Traffic Department, police stations and municipalities departments.
    2. Large or medium companies specialized in contracting and project management, which own hundreds or thousands of equipment, machinery and vehicles.
    3. Companies and establishments specialized in transportation activity inside or outside the Kingdom, whether those specialized in transporting materials and goods or specialized in transporting passengers.
    4. Establishments specialized in the activity of renting cars or renting machinery and equipment.
    5. Limousine and passenger transport facilities.
    6. Logistical support companies and parcel transportation.
    7. Large commercial companies that own a fleet of vehicles, machinery and trucks for the purpose of sales and distribution and specialize in foodstuffs or agricultural products and their lending.
    8. Large factories that own a wide range of machinery and equipment and may own a group of trucks and service equipment for manufacturing.
    9. Educational and academic facilities such as universities and major schools that own a large group of buses, vehicles or laboratory equipment.

The desired results and services provided by the system:

    1. Monthly reports and statistics on the state of machinery, equipment, and vehicles. These reports come in the form of lists supported by numbers and other statements supported by percentages, so that any of these digital reports or percentages can be converted into graphs (Dash Board). Recording the results of the performance indicators of the parts and components of these mechanisms can be extracted in several forms and methods.

    2. Graph reports that show the control of quality indicators for evaluating employees and drivers by defining the elements of employee evaluation, and then linking these elements to job titles and specifying a maximum score for each element and each job title. Followed by the company, noting that the evaluation elements of drivers or owners of vehicles are related to some of them to the periodic maintenance work and their grades that depend on the extent of their commitment to the timing of these maintenance.

    3. The system provides the possibility of documenting the transfer of machinery, equipment, and vehicles from one branch to another, from one project to another, from one rental office to another, or from one custodian to another, and thus the person responsible for the procedures and records of periodic inspection results or the results of quality indicators is transferred with him.

    4. The system provides the ability to record customer data, employees, projects or leasing offices of the facility using the system. The system also provides pre-entered data and classifications so that it saves burdens on the users of the facility in searching for this data necessary to operate the system. This data is distributed according to the need for all the activities of the facilities benefiting from this. The system, for example, contains within its files and basic data a definition of all types of vehicle and machinery breakdowns, all types of periodic maintenance services, and all types of spare parts and components of machinery. These factors provide ease in how to use the system, with the possibility of adding by the user to any other classifications related to this data.

    5. The system provides a definition of all types of traffic violations for vehicles and vehicles, so that the value and type of violation are documented during the violation registration, which allows the facility to extract reports and graphs of the size of the violations indexed and compared according to the types of these violations, and thus the user will be able to convert these reports from statistics into graphs at the level of drivers and affect them automatically on their evaluation indicators.
